Reinstalling client with ggpk content

I'm trying to reinstall my client, and I have the file here (I have played in the last week so this ggpk file is up to date?)

It then checks the resources and begins a 34GB download instead of recognizing the file https://gyazo.com/8be34663cda0083dbc2adf47fdce8bb2 Is there a way to get this working without the need for redownloading? when did you copy the ggpk?
Probably it was override.....you should open the installer to allow it to create a ggpk, let it download 5MB or so, and then close it and copy (NOT cut and paste) your backup ggpk to the installation folder....
