Currency Orb Charge Effect MTX does not apply to Arn's Anguish's Brutal Charges

Don't know if this is actually a bug or intended, but the charges Brutal Charges acquired from Arn's Anguish will always display as Brutal Charges. The MTX does not apply to them.

Disabling the MTX and re-enabling it, removing the belt and re-adding it etc does not fix it.

Just want to add that this behavior doesn't actually apply in towns, all charges are converted.
