hotkey for changing weapons

In poe 2 we were shown automatic weapon switching with all the subtleties. Of course, this won’t happen in PoE 1. But I propose to do something like an automatic change “for the poor”. Namely, add to the skill panel the ability to assign a weapon change (like for detonate mine).

By changing weapons, the set of skills also changes, which means that, for example, in place of a weapon swapped on K, after clicking, a skill will appear that belongs to the second set of weapons. The only difference in use will be that you will need 2 clicks instead of one.

This solution has other advantages, for example, this way it will be a little more convenient to include all auras if you have more than 5 of them and they do not all fit on the skill panel.

This has been present for years - See Options - Input... and it's literally the item above "Detonate mines".
Use X for that D2 feeling.

I understand this is a role playing game, but I don't think the best role to play should be shopkeeper. - AlteraxPoe

What do you want that is different from the current system?

There already is a weapon swap as mentioned, and you can reassign the whole skill bar for the swap.

Additionally for auras, you can hold Control and you have an entire new set of skillslots for auras. I believe most people set up their 5 or so auras on the ctrl slots so they don't take up dead space.

How would what you describe act any differnetly than what we have? Give you a preview of what skill you have on the swap? Is it really that hard to remember if you regularly use it?

Is it just that you don't like the "x" button? Cuz I think you can change that too....
