Lifetap can support Determination

As topic title, I found during leveling my RF Inquisitor that Lifetap can support Determination aura.
Lifetap grants more damage based on incurred life cost, which a defensive aura cannot provide. Also, wasn't the game design for Arrogance to be used with auras and Lifetap with flat mana cost skills? Last bumped on Sep 15, 2023, 2:40:03 AM
