Random Portals

I'm on xbox series x and the cosmetic option to use random portal variations for all portals keeps reverting to using no portals at all, it just keeps opening a set of default portals at the map machine and than a default portal in the map on scroll use, it works again on game reset all of one time before reverting to default portals again
