Trial of Ancestors Favor System Feedback

I'm kind of liking this mechanic but there is a couple changes that I think would benefit everyone in this mechanic.

1. Navali needs to be the Dannig of this mechanic as well as slight buff to favor gained per round.

-Navali needs the ability to convert her favor into any other member at a 1:1 ratio. I know you can buy and sell units/items but its low value. You can just put a button in every characters screen to convert Navali's favor like the expedition screen.

-Navali needs to gain 350 per round. I almost think you should get 700 on a loss. That way you have 1 potential last unit to help you come back. Currently 250 Navali favor on a loss doesn't do anything. If you lose the round, then your probably just going to lose anyway. Unless you just played poorly.

Navali is the only consistent character in the trial. As the only member that doesn't directly fight in the tournament, she could be better suited to helping you gain favor with any member. Her items and units currently are so boring and somewhat meaningless. Yeah extra life and damage could be good but these could be spread out over the other members while she focuses on building favor.

2. Favor needs to be more consistent in rewards.

-It's difficult to choose the rewards you want if members offer low favor in return. People should not be offering a whopping 200-300 favor for something while others are giving you 1200+ favor. Bump up the bottom to at least 600. That way Navali can make up some difference and still allow you to grab a warrior for the next round.

I have a feeling this is what is causing players to dislike this. They are picking rewards they want but not gaining enough favor to tackle the later rounds. If you spend 2-3 rounds picking valuable rewards with no favor, you just start to struggle to overcome the tougher units and more number of them.

I won't comment on the difficulty as I've spent most of my time in the lower ranks since I keep making new characters. I think adjusting global favor and Navali favor will help everyone gain access to better strategies regardless of build playstyle.

The favor is not the issue. The unit availability is. Sometimes you get much needed tier 2 units exactly when you want them, other times they never appear for sale. The hell am I supposed to do with Kaom favor if I can't buy caldera ravagers?
+1 OP

Also kinda agree with John. Often i had plenty of points, but units offered were obviously worse than the ones i needed.

Probable fix for it is adding 1 more set of units to each tribe and make 2 of them rotate per match, while 3rd is always random.
+1

Kaom has terrible low cost units but an excellent mid unit and fairly good high unit. However it mean sweet FA when all he offers is the boom boys.

Also a UI improvement to save running all over the area.
One cannot help but wonder how such a lust for loot can affect a persons mind. Although these exiles appear to be our salvation, it would not take much for them to turn on us as easily as they fight gods and demons.
Some shit is way too high still; The only reasonable tier 3 unit is titanic shell everything else really doesn't really compare.

Kaom's demolisher is actually very decent - relatively cheap at 1,400, has an incredible ability to keep your totems alive and can actually go toe to toe and damage bosses.

And, far more importantly, it can remove the titanic shell buff from enemy totems. The Blackbark is literally the best escort unit in the game but, as you yourself said earlier... sometimes Kaom just refuses to sell you one.
