Flasks Bugged and not working

I was running a map and died after my flasks stopped working. They have charges but I am unable to use them. Even if I unequipped them, equipped them, and then gained the charges back I am unable to use them. Also, the visual indicator that the flasks have charges is not showing. But my bismuth flask works fine.

I see one of the exarch thingies on the map so you probably took an increased flask charges used altar which would mean the flask would cost way more charges than it has.
The charges required for use does not show with the altar as well. |

There is a mod in Eldritch, Reduced Flask charges gain, you probably took that mod without seeing it.
