Soul of Tukohama bug

The buff from soul of Tukohama (the phys dam reduction while stationary) does not apply while lightning warping around. Other "while stationary" mechanics do work with lightning warp and other skills that teleport you without moving, but the soul seems to be bugged.

Any info on whether this is intended design or will be fixed is greatly appreciated.

Ah thanks a lot for that link, somehow I didn't find it. Even so, the wording is quite misleading then? Since every other while stationary buff seems to work with lwarp. But yeah thanks for clearing it up.

Mark_GGG had a whole spiel about it and why it was the way it was. I dont have the quote but if you search around topics like yours it should pop up.
