Stolen Steam Account linked to POE

Hi everyone!

5 months ago, my steam account got stolen, email, password, phone number, name, everything got changed and I haven't been able to recover my account from what steam's helps pages are telling me.

Anyway, I was playing POE on this steam account, I wanted come back on POE but I found out I can't due to not being able to play on my account.
I bought many micro transaction and stashes at the time and I don't really wanna create and play on a fresh account losing everything that I bought at the time.

Is there any way for me to connect on my POE account differently than from the stolen steam account ? I think I connected on this website the first time using "Sign up with Steam" So i don't think I have an email linked to this site or to my account.

If I can provide the email used on my steam account at the time (linked to my POE) or if I can find old PayPal transactions that shows I bought on POE, would it help ?

I really wanna play again, on my account ofc. If anyone knows anything that would help, it would really appreciated !
