Stat summary window for passive skill tree (planet) and equipped Items

Atlas PST has window that gathers all bonuses you allocated in tree and displays them in one spot, expedition also has similar feature.
So why we don't have window for character skill tree displaying and separating stats to offensive, defensive, misc, that also shows your attributes requirement of your equipment, And similar window for your non-jewel equipment.
