Game Shows on Task Manager But Doesnt Start

As title says, Ive tried running both Windows and this websites version.

Ive never played PoE before, but last night I decided to give it a try. I downloaded via steam and I had the game run for a couple minutes, no issues, but today, when I tried to run it simply shows on task manager but doesnt start.

Also while no windows will pop, the computer gets VERY stuttery and laggish (I have a high-end PC) until I end the PathOfExile.exe process in task manager. I observed that the energy usage and cpu usage was high but everything else was low/0%. I tried leaving it running for 10 minutes and it didnt start.

I watched videos on this and saw a couple posts from 2021 with people having this same issue but there was no solution (I tried everything posted in the over 9 pages post from 2021).

To be honest I will most probably give up on the game because I cant run it, but Id like to try any more solutions if you can help because two of my friends are playing and Id like to join them.

There are possibly more new players that are giving up on the game because of this issues so if you need any info/logs I will provide them to help.

EDIT: FIXED BY UNPLUGGING SECOND MONITOR.

Id really like to play so any input is appreciated.

Try closing PoE through the task manager then run it in admin mode, This works for other games with this problem.

I've tried that, both on steam and this websites version, and it didnt work.
I've also tried unplugging all USBs, deleting cache folders, re-installing, updating drivers and windows, running on compatibility mode, running with -windowed -noborder on steam configs, and more. None of that helped.

I still have the same problem.

Game updated but still no fix =/

EDIT: Tried unplugging second monitor, and game run!!!
I need to get offline but I will test later if I can plug it back in after launch.
