Breach bosses don't die 1 out of 5 times in maps.

I'm running into this issue a lot.
I made a video showing it, but basically the problem is: Breach boss spawns in map, I kill him (I even get the finisher MTX animation go out), breach boss doesn't drop loot and his icon stays on the minimap as if he was still alive Video Showcase: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3Imjn2UtpYY It happened a lot with my previous character aswell. I farm chayula and Xesht-Ula, Xesht-Ula never drops any loot, this bug happens to him 100% of the time, while chayula is only sometimes not dying properly. Sextants used: Guaranteed Chayula, +1 breach, Hunted Traitors, Beyond. Yes I also posted this bug, I had about 3 Xest-ulas and she never dropped any loot. The icon stays on the map as if the boss didn't die, even though it did.
This Xest ula is a rare encounter, only 1 percent chance to spawn - and this is supposed to be this "big reward" lucky hit. Well, currently there is no reward. |

Happening to me as well. Doesn't seem to matter if you kill them fast or slow.
