Volkuur's Guidance is hands down the worst unique in the game.

The 50% less poison duration on it completely kneecaps any ability to do an elemental skill poison build.

Sure, you can use it for some self-poison builds, but if the point of the unique was specifically to enable that then ok, I guess, but based on the nature of the unique the less duration absolutely kneecaps any elemental poison build.

I agree. It's a cool concept, but the 50% less duration mod gimps all the possible builds you can do with it, 20% less would be just ok, especially after the poison nerfs. Pneumatic dagger is sadly the only option for an elemental poison build

Whats wrong with Veil of the Night? Its an integral part of the QA process.

To be fair, the criteria I was measuring by is "can I see any situation where I would deliberately equip this given any alternative".

From a QA perspective, its pretty bis :P

Veil of the night is anywhere between +180% and +600% all elemental res in certain circumstances, which does technically make it one of the most valuable items in the game for resist.

We could live with a range on it, say -30 to +20% poison duration.

Veil of the Night is technically designed to be one of the most valuable items on the market, you* buy very low and sell average en mass, profit.
Pretty standard supply&demand&Auctionhouse mathematics.

*I mean the guy that does the selling/buying for you.
