8GB RAM is kinda low for poe...most ppl run this game with at least 16 if not 32
|
|
" game worked fine before this newset patch |
|
" Then GGG should come out and say: "Following the engine update, the game's minimum requirements have changed to 16GB RAM." People are also experiencing 30s freezes when walking outside Lioneye's Watch. That's not 8GB's worth of data. That's not some 8EX giga juiced map with 10,000 shader effects on the screen. " With the new update the ram consumption in my case went from 3gb to 5.2gb so 8gb should be enough if other windows stuff is not consuming anything. I have 16bg so and it still runs like shit |

after the small patch the ram usage is going crazy (i have 16GB) game used to use 5.5 now is ramping up to 10, how can they fuck things up every single patch

Same here
also with 8gb of ram my speces are Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4770 CPU @ 3.40GHz 3.40 GHz nvidia geforce gtx 760 |

My Path of Exile also been allocating more than 8GBs of RAM, and I had to make my page file also HUGE or else it'd crash/crash other programs. My Shaders bar ingame is also usually maxed out
Already did try clean reinstalling gpu drivers, Verified Game integrity, switched renders around(Dx11, Vulkan, Dx12) but no "luck"(a strange word to be used in computing.). Handful of other procedures were applied, my brain too wonky to recall each one. Specs: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7700 CPU @ 3.60GHz 3.60 GHz NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 2400MHz RAM without Dynamic Resolution the fps varies a lot, but while doing content it is more often than not below 20fps. Turning on Dynamic Resolution makes the game a big blurry mess while aiming for 40fps hope we find some hope. any feedback and info would be apreciated :^)
