"#% Increased Maximum Life" Vaal Body Armor Implicit actually DECREASING Maximum LIfe
As stated above, the "#% Increased Maximum Life" Vaal Body Armor Implicit appears to be decreasing maximum life rather than increasing maximum life.
I noticed this when comparing my character's maximum life differences between an uncorrupted 'The Iron Fortress' and a corrupted 'The Iron Fortress' with a "6% Increased Maximum Life" implicit. In the below Path of Building link, I have created 3 separate Iron Fortresses: 1 uncorrupted, 1 corrupted with the increased maximum life implicit, and 1 corrupted without the maximum life implicit. Here, one can observe how the corrupted body armor, when equipped, lowers maximum health by 6% instead of increasing it. https://pobb.in/UKHTf3sVBLV1 I have confirmed this in game, with the life numbers mirroring those projected on POB. not a bug... read the things you pick in your passive tree.

" to make it faster: Life Mastery "15% increased maximum Life if there are no Life Modifiers on Equipped Body Armour" What happens if you get your vaal implicit? Right, you now have a Life Mod on your Body Armour and the Life Mastery is gone. Last edited by hanfionkel#2294 on Sep 6, 2023, 5:26:54 AM
