Ping problem after last league

Last league i have 70 ping in Frankfurt gateway, after ToA launch, all gateway (except Moscow) have x2 ping, 100+
Can you help with this? Msc gateway have a lot of problems (periodicly can't store item in stash, can't enter HO and maps)
