The mod "#% Increased Rogue Marker's value of Primary Heist Target" not work on Priceless contract

I ran Engineer with both Foliate Brooch which have and doesnt have title mod on priceless contract.
1.Foliate Brooch without mod ""#% Increased Rogue Marker's value of Primary Heist Target" on priceless contract
2.Foliate Brooch with mod ""#% Increased Rogue Marker's value of Primary Heist Target" on priceless contract
Result:

It seems the mod increased rogue marker doesnt work on priceless contract. I did try with normal contract, it worked perfectly.
It multiples value of heist target when sell. Example 4000 but become 5000 of rogue marker if using brooch with this mod.
