Fullscreen keeps minimizing

I keep getting focused on the game, and it keeps minimizing then full sizing, it never fails as I continue to regain focus. I am trying to focus on the game, what keeps tugging on my screen handle? I was once a graphic programmer studies in college, I know there's something called screen handle, and something is tugging on my focus ability. Who needs me distracted and what are you trying to tell me?

Just checking in, seeing the minimize and reload to full screen issue still. Sometimes it just goes to my desktop.
