[3.22.1] Servers have unstable latency issues

Got the same issue a few minutes ago. Have been playing every day just fine. Today i played 1 map just fine and the second one was like this right from the abnormal loading screen time:

Quit and enter again does not help. Log out, log in helps.

I'm in Tota prison , for exactly this reason . I make new instances until i find one with decent latency and only play there , since i don't have to change instance between fights .

I've run legion for most of the league with no problems at all.

Then i decided to run some alva and mixed it up with harbinger - then i started getting these crazy lag spikes.

Now i switched from harbinger to essence and i got no problems at all.

Maybe the lag spikes comes from harbinger? i don't know, but it fixed it for me going away from harbinger.! :)

it is pretty much time related for me, worst time is 5-9pm estern time

Also having these issues for a week now. Especially bad during the evening
