Tukohama Warmonger change not in patch notes

I just randomly noticed that the Tattoo of the Tukohama Warmonger now states that it provides +0.1 Metres to Melee Strike Range, when before the patch the wording was +1 Metres to Melee Strike Range. This is a huge nerf to an otherwise underutilized tattoo.

1) Why?
2) Why is there no mention of this change?

There is no mechanical change here.

The above is incorrect. The previous wording was "+1 to Melee Strike Range". It was not measuring in meters.

Prior to this patch, all in-game ranges were specified only in game-units, which correspond to 10cm. Thus with the new patch changing all range descriptions to consistently use metres, the value is adjusted to match the new unit. The functionality is unchanged.

I was just confused because there was a change in the wording, but no mention of it. This does explain it, so thank you for clarifying!

From 3.22.1 Patch Notes:
"
Weapon Range displayed on Melee Weapons and other descriptions that use ranges with values now instead use metres. The reminder text for "Close Range" and the description of Presence range in the Character panel also now use metres.

There is no mention to units:metres ratio but the change was mentioned in patch notes:)
