Voice Line Trigger at Wrong Moment (Marauder)

Marauder's voice line regarding Kaom giving into Kitava that happens in "The Ship Graveyard" after reading a weathered carving triggered in the wrong order for me.

There are two weathered carvings in this zone. One regarding Kaom returning to the ancestral way and looking out at the sea. The second is regarding Kaom taking the finest warriors and following the visions of the black spirit. The latter should be the one that triggers the voice line about Kaom giving into Kitava but it happened after reading the first one.

I am unsure whether the voice line is tied to the first carving you read in the zone because I did not get a voice line with the second carving.
