Just ignore the guy in question and be done with it. I feel there is sufficient proof in this thread to justify doing so.

Also hope that if support is approached with this proof it would result in a perma ban for this play, since nobody needs a person like that in this game.

I have also run a lottery(successfully) and I have trouble understanding why you let someone else fuse your item, I never accepted such offers cause I found them ridiculous (my senses tell me that I will never see the item again).

Since most people are new to lotteries, they will ask for 2 things:
1.stream
2.to take the item and fuse it themselves.

Since the item is being linked before and after each fusing there is NO NEED WHATSOEVER
for #1 or #2(however a stream is convenient).

If a person asks the lottery runner for either of the above and insists on it
then you can safely assume that:
a.the person does NOT understand the process or
b.he does not respect the process

Op, in this game if you trade an item like that, be prepared for the possibility that you will never see it again.
