So, Im old palyer trying to return to this game and dunno whats the meta or at least some decent witch build so I could hit 99. Thanks in advance.

Do you want a specifically fire themed one? Explosive Arrow totems, Ignite Vortex, Ignite WoC (possibly into Ignite EK), Detonate Dead, Righteous Fire are all popular fire-based Witches.
