The standoff card in TOTA

I do not often write bug reports regarding loot, just chalk it up as "better luck next time", but when I get multiple "The Standoff" cards offered in every single TOTA match on 2k rating this really cannot be a coincidence. Please either buff the loot on high tier or just straight up remove these worthless things, this is seriously demoralizing. Also loot in general smells like hotdog water when you get one singular 1c tattoo for last rounds
