[FIXED]"Shaping the world" atlas skills notable is blank

Im playing on normal Trial of the Ancestors league and when i selected "Shaping the world" atlas skills notable, i notices that its blank. I thought maybe its just UI bug and allocated it anyway, but its still blank and nothing changed in "Show stats" panel.
