Shader recompilation

Hey all. The game's performance has been an issue recently as we all know and a there has been a few posts about improving it. I tried implementing the solutions written in those and the ones related to shaders (larger nvidia cache size + recompiling them) and C-states have helped immensely at first - I went from a very choppy gameplay in both acts and endgame to stable 90-120 and 50-70 FPS respectively.
It got worse again, though - my game pretty much freezes on every map pack with the shader bar getting full after over a hundred of the same map completed. I'm not sure if that's related to generating/compiling them again since the folder, which has both Vulkan and shader files, is at 3GB and last updated over 24 hours ago with my Nvidia cache size limit sitting at 100GB.
If anybody came across something similar, please lmk =)
