Purity of Elements is not increasing elemental resistance or providing immunity

Happened today when I was mapping, when I suddenly noticed I was being one-shotted a lot more often then usual. When I was checking my defense, I noticed my elemental resistances were not maxed out at 75. I usually run Purity of Elements to help reach that cap, but for whatever reason they are not working.

Tried relogging and even switching to a basic gem, but nothing seems to work.

This is not a bug.

There is a red capital G icon on Purity of Element’s skill art in your screenshot. This denotes it being supported by Generosity Support, which is a thing that does stuff.
