Purity of Elements is not increasing elemental resistance or providing immunity

Happened today when I was mapping, when I suddenly noticed I was being one-shotted a lot more often then usual. When I was checking my defense, I noticed my elemental resistances were not maxed out at 75. I usually run Purity of Elements to help reach that cap, but for whatever reason they are not working.
Tried relogging and even switching to a basic gem, but nothing seems to work.   Last bumped on Sep 2, 2023, 3:21:14 AM

This is not a bug.
There is a red capital G icon on Purity of Element’s skill art in your screenshot. This denotes it being supported by Generosity Support, which is a thing that does stuff. Imagine the lack of introspection that would be required to spend your spare time telling people they’ve posted in the wrong section of some company's forum, only to then try accusing someone else of brown-nosing.
