Consecrate ground create by you

Does Inquis's Sanctuary "15% increased damage taken for enemies" also apply to consecrated ground created by purifying flame totem? Since you do not technically create that consecrated ground.I already read Forum seem like No one know it Cleart

It still comes from your skill (totems use your skills) which check your stats.
The bonus will apply.
