The hour of divinity UNIQUE relic counts as NON-UNIQUE for the afflictions in Sanctum

I did 3 runs with "The hour of divinity" unique relic that duplicates 2 random offer rewards upon defeating the herald.
on 1st 2 run I got the affliction "50% reduced effect of non-unique relics" 1st run I found 1 divine and 14 chaos but only got 28 chaos and 1 divine so only 1 of them got duplicated 2nd run I found 2+2 divines but only got 6 total at the end so only 2divs got duplicated instead of 4 3rd run I got major affliction "Non-unique relics have NO effect" I found 1 divine and got 1 divine I have pictures made of 2 of the rewards being bugged if need be.
