Allocates snowforged item

I just dropped a corrupted talisman with "Allocates snowforged" and I can't find any similarities on the trade page, the filter doesn't even exist. Is it normal ?

Talismans are rarely good enough to be put out on the trade (except when turning already crafted amulets into talismans via the syndicate) and Snowforged is on the tree, and its nothing special
