"Honoured Tattoo of the Wise" is not working for "Enlighten Support"

in https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3418176 you explain that a gem is an intelligence/dex/str gem, depending on its color.
So i assume "Enlighten Support" (blue) is an intelligence gem. However "Honoured Tattoo of the Wise" is not working for Enlighten. (This might be intentinally. +1 to all ~three Enlighten Support of an typical aurabot build it is pretty strong. But then the tooltip should include this information, to not rise wrong expectations.)
