Delve flares/dynamite not working with f1-2-3 etc unless ctrl is held

So, the default keys for delve flares / dynamites are 6 and 7 on the keyboard, i perosnally change them to either f1 and f2 or f2 and f3, none of them work by itself, but do work if i hold ctrl + f1-2-3. although the setting is only set to f1-2 or 3. I know its a small issue, but its very annoying to deal with :(

edit:: actually nothing works on f2 and 3, f1 works with flare normally. I put the FPS/ltency stuff metrics on f3 and it only works with ctrl + f3 but its only set to f3 in the settings.

I tried 2 different keyboards and changing profiles on my razer kayboard but it seems to be a game issue

Turned out im losing my mind, I had hotkeys from awakened poe trade on f2 3 and 4 to open item in poe wiki and stuff.... there is no problem with the game fortunately.

i am so sorry to make this post now. :D but hopefully someone with the same issue can find it some day
