Destructive play bosses in Elder guardians not dropping maps

I've been running twisted invitations for a while and seems like the Destructive play interaction with the conqueror/shaper/synth map drops from Remnants of the past or Conquered Conquerors nodes dont seem to be working with the bosses spawned by Destructive play in the elder guardian arenas.

I switched from The formed to Twisted rotations, and im pretty sure its bugged. Ive never seen the extra bosses in the elder guardian maps ever drop a map. Ill be switching back to Formed rotations.

Sadly I don't think they will consider it a bug since it's been reported many times. Read the last sentence of Destructive play. Elder's aren't considered a normal map boss for loot. I'm not sure what they are term used is (extra/added mobs?) but probably the same reason the additional mobs added to the map can drop things like non-t16 loot when all watchstones are in. This also happens with conqueror maps so if you melt the map boss too fast, maven will spawn the adds with the conqueror and they can't drop maps.
If nothing else they need to change the wording or should put a note like a lot of keystones have.
