NOT A BUG, turns out (Maven's Invitations Not Dropping)

I can't get any non-quest maven invitation items to drop, despite having specced into extra invitation drops and extra map bosses on the atlas tree.

Ordinarily I wouldn't report something drop related but this has hit a point of extreme statistical unlikelihood. I've completed my atlas, witnessed a good 50 maps or more, on top of that I've witnessed all of the elderslayers, shaper guardians, and elder guardians. Most of this with the Destructive Play keystone allocated so the actual boss count is at least double that.

Absolutely willing to have this be something I've missed on my end (double checked my item filter, bought and completed one invitation just to see if that would trip it, no dice). A little bit at my wits end about this.
