Blight maps affected by Atlas Passive Tree

Hi there,
Im aware that the Atlas passives doesnt apply to Blight Maps,
however, they are affected by STREAM OF CONCIUSNESS making them unable to be buff from Sacrife and Mortal fragments.

I have try different Notable passives in the atlas tree to see if those work like METICULOUS APPRAISER or SINGULAR FOCUS but they dont.

So its a bit strange that one works but no the others, I imagine that its a non-intended interaction.

Thinking about it I image its because STREAM OF CONCIUSNESS dont affect the maps but the "proc" of fragments in the map device not allowing them to be consumed.

Not a big issue, but just to let u know.
