Replica Dragonfang's Flight doesn't reduce attribute requirments

I have bought the amulet for my build and sadly, it doesn't reduce attribute requirments for nor items neither gems. I've talked with few people who also use it and they confirmed the problem exists for them too

" It does not reduce the requirements displayed on other items. If your attributes are below the item's base requirements, but above the requirements after the amulet's "reduced requirements" is applid, the item will have a blue background in your inventory instead of a red one, and will be equipable as though your attributes were high enough to use it. |
