Beginner's Basics Challenge Bug

I'm not sure if I am doing it right or not, but I have tried to equip several different types of flasks and it doesn't register the "Equip a Magic Uitlity Flask" step. I have linked a screenshot in the spoiler.

Your character is private and I can't see the flasks. You have three utility flasks on the right, are they magic (blue) or normal (white)? If normal, upgrade it with an orb of transmutation.
If they are magical (blue), try the chat command /recheck_achievements |
