A quick review of your builds is showing that you are speccing into way to many different active skills that do not have synergies. You really should focus on 1-2 max and use the rest of your slots for supporting. You are using whirling strike for example without using the main skill that works with it: venom gyre. You alo don't seem to be using blink skills like fire dash or frostblink or dash which is hampering your ability to dodge big attacks.
