Sanctum interaction with flasks

In the endgame, most screen transitions either refill your flask charges (for example entering maps) or do not end your ongoing flask effects (for example screen transitions within maps). The doors in Sanctum, however, end your ongoing flask effects without refilling the charges. Is this intentional? Because there's nothing that stops the player from refilling the flasks in hideout between the rooms, if they wanted to do so.

It's mostly an issue for characters that rely on permanent flask uptime, who have to wait several seconds at the beginning of every room for their flasks to regenerate.

I would say it's an oversight, cuz it's really annoying to go back and forth the town and Sanctum just to get flask charges.
That's why I never make a build that depends 100% on flask uptime.

This is even more important in Sanctum, because of the ever-looming risk of getting the Liquid Cowardice affliction. Want 100% uptime on your flasks, your run just got bricked.
PoE players: Our game has a wide diversity of builds.

Also PoE players: The [league mechanic] doesn't need to be nerfed, you just need to play a [current meta] build!
