Replica Dragonfang's flight bug

We have found out that the reduced attribute requirements for the amulet: replica dragonfang's flight bug. It is not reducing the stats in both weapons and in gems. I have attached a couple of images to show a example.

While it's not lowering the requirements shown on other items, it should still let you use those items with lower stats than shown.
Looking at it with Atziri's Foible (items and gems have 25% reduced requirements), I see the same behavior: while the stat requirement shown on the gear/gem itself is not lower, and still displayed in red because I do not meet the original requirement, the background behind the gear/gem changes from Red to Blue when I equip Atziri's Foible showing that it is equipable and usable. |
