High use of graphics?

Hello, after the previous update the game has started to work badly.
During the streams on twitch if I open any game it works perfectly. I give examples: . Black desert in remastered, 7days to die, conan exile, rocket league, battlefield, none of them give problems. The consumption of cpu does not exceed 70%, ram 49%, gpu 80%. All these games in ULTRA mode, no problem.
As soon as you open the POE (above all to the minimum) the entire pc is already dead. Offstream the game is going quite well, some pull but the usual. I've been playing with the same PC for 11 leagues, always 0 problems. I have observed that when changing the output system in OBS to CPU it improves but with the high cpu usage of POE it goes to 100% then it works bad bad bad. Thank you so much.
