Delve mineshaft is bugged; "failed to join any instances"

Attempting to use the delve chart from hideout to go to a mineshaft node results in the error message "failed to join any instances". Attempting to use the chart from the mine encampment fails silently.

I can go previously visited side nodes that I reached myself, or click on a new node where the path starts from the mineshaft, but not any mineshaft nodes themselves. There are no lights from visited adjacent nodes leading back to the mineshaft.

Switching game servers does not resolve the error.

You cannot go to the nodes of the central mineshaft. You must select adjacent unexplored nodes and move with Crawler towards them.
