Curse mastery not working with blasphemy support

Hello,

I took a curse mastery that "recover 1% of mana/life when you curse a Non-Cursed Enemy". I have elemental weakness linked with blasphemy support, and when i get close to enemy and he become cursed, I didn't get any life/mana back. Tested it without any regen, and my life stays still at the same value.

Is it bugged or does curse aura won't work as "when you curse"?

'You curse' means you casting the curse manually.
