Jack, The Axe's unique skill Thirst for Blood

Unique Vaal Hatchet Jack, The Axe's granted skill Level 20 Thirst for Blood is not visually producing beams to nearby bleeding enemies or providing the healing the beams are supposed to provide when attached.

I have 100% chance to bleed on my primary skill and 75% chance to bleed with any other attack skill.

I should always have nearby bleeding enemies when surrounded, yet I am not getting the life regen effect ever. The skill is active and has reserved life.

I am unable to be sure it is providing the increase in damage to my bleeds as I don't exactly have numbers to see.

After actually using my brain, I am in fact, gaining the life regen according to the Defences screen which I only thought to check now, however the visual beams are still not being produced.

Are you getting the voice quotes from Jack the Axe? I am not.

I technically am, they are incredibly quiet, I assume it is some audio option I have turned way down, I have not investigated it clearly.
