Not to toot my own horn...but I have extensive experience making builds, especially the one I currently have running. And at the time of my posting I had "nearly" the best possible leveling gear and a very early 5L on my main skill. So yes, I am reasonably confident given my experience and build that I was pumping out almost the maximum damage that any player can do at the current level I was at. Likely higher than 99% of all other builds at a similar level...and yet even I couldn't tickle a "reasonable" opponent of the same level.

That's a problem: when twink gear doesn't even do it.

The nerf is not enough!

It's an annoying unit and it's absurd the amount of HPs it still has PLUS that it still can protect 5 (even 6 maybe?) totems.

same the nerf did nothing for balance the titanic shell totem itself should be targetable
the whole ancestor mechanic is totally out of touch its designed for 100 div builds or just the strongest of the strongest ... they talk so much about diversity and kill it 1 minute later with stupid decision they make no sense at all ... this balance cant be done from ppl who played it it just cant ... iam 95 with maxblock maxblock spells 50k def 4.5k hp and 2k es all res 90 !!! and i just get killed instantly by almost everything and thads not all somehow ur minions are dumb as hell and the enemys are super smart and u cant even stun then on ur tower because they just stop for 1 milisecond u atacking then just to channel the same totem or another after ... since the patch it got worse u cant stun them anymore and u cant kill em because they have like 10m hp i have 2.5m dps and it takes forever to kill them and they 1 hit me and my whole army how u gonna tell me this was tested at all it dont feel like it tbh

I'd even say that it's not even HARD because a team with 3 Big Turtles on it has some pretty serious weaknesses. You just have to actually play the game, by which I mean "use literally any actual strategy and not just randomly click on things and hope for the best."

For instance: did you know that there's a unit which completely disables the turtle shield on totems?

Did you know that you can very easily kill the turtles with suicide bombers?

I mean, let's go even more basic: did you even realize that you can buy low level units/gear from one NPC and sell them to another, which is how you get enough favor to recruit Tier 3 units for your side? Or that you can look at the opponent's force distribution before the match starts, and then back out and go buy the exact units and gear you need to trivialize said match? I've gone AFK mid-match more than once and not lost a single tower.

sadly cool design league but its too rushed out why im against a new league every season, more employees would fix this
why is this mob in the game? why has it taken so long to do what seems to be a relatively easy fix and make it so its totem protection buff doesn't apply to its own totem. Come on, this is ridiculous. I just spent 10 mins trying to kill this turtle, and lost the match. Now I purposely made a low damage high defensive build because damage is worthless in higher levels. It's absolutely infuriating.
You don’t have to kill the enemy units, just the totems. League mechanic is fine and working as intended.
