Ancestral Protector and Warchief Double placing when standing still

When placing ancestral warchief/protector totems (havent tried other totem types) they get placed twice destroying the first one placed meaning double the mana consumption and time, as if the input was pressed or held twice. This only happens when placing them while standing still, if placed while moving it doesnt place it twice per single key action. This happens regardless of the keybind used, (keyboard or mouse) and confirmed in poe discord that it effects people other than me and isnt from my gear or passive tree. It also occurs regardless of if multiple totem support is linked or not to the totem skill. Ive tried restarting poe and moving zones, with to no avail.
