Destructive play

I'm not sure if its a bug or intended, but destructive play doesn't count as witnessing from maven whenever the extra bosses come in. I didn't double check this in a regular map but when you do an elder guardian it will spawn them but not witness them.

I know it worked this way when we had close allies, but they at least dropped their respective fragments at a reduced drop rate. these guys are just there for fun.

Just tested in a regular map. had 3 bosses. didnt get credit.

Sounds like the point of this node is magic find only and not even related to maven farming.

Also tested this out, Destructive Play does not add additional witness progression. Unsure if intended.

The community expected intent of the keystone was to make Maven witnessing the additional bosses that appear so it can bring using Maven on-par with Alters.

Also tested this and the additional bosses didn't count towards Maven progress.

If this is intended... it's a huge disappointment.

Seeing this node prior to launch made me very hopeful and happy that rushing (or at the least making it on par with eldritch fights) the Maven fight would actually be possible and I would be able to get Legacy of Fury boots at the beginning/mid endgame. Now... it's late end game again.


You know that the boots are worthless on trade league almost immediately anyway, so making them more attainable won't affect the market (plus, you also know that not many people use them) - it will however aid SSF players like myself.

Please tell me that this is a bug, and that you plan to fix it. Doing so would make the node actually useful, since the extra bosses also don't appear to drop maps like the original boss (again making the node worth even less).

Tested it also in normal Maps:
T16 Maze
Got 3 additinal Bosses just one witness (from the Mazeboss)
T16 Mud Gyser
Got 1 additional Boss and just the normal Mapboss itself got witnessed!

I also hope that it is a bug, cause i wanted to farm the 'Maven Content'.

Additional question:
Cause each 'witnessed' Boss have a chance for an awakened gem, does the additional bosses also can/may drop the gems? Cause when they are not witnessed, does they count?
