ALL HANDS bugged with kirac missions

so when i spec into all hands it stops giving me kirac mission is that intended or not because it is not written in the description (Randomly encountered masters are alva, einhar, jun and niko)

it says "maps dont give master missions" i think kirac is considered master. also i think its bugged. i used and then respec the node, now i dont get any mission

Intended. You don't randomly encounter Kirac whilst in a map, that's why he's not listed with the rest, but it is confusing.

Your RNG is just bad. Once you spec out of the node you will get missions again.

I don't think it's bad RNG.

I ran 50 maps with All Hands on, got 3 Kirac missions.
I then unspecced All Hands and ran another 50 maps and got 15+ Kirac missions.

Kirac isn't supposed to be considered a Master since he doesn't spawn in maps, but All Hands still interferes with the missions you're supposed to get

Kirac is not a randomly encountered Master, as explained in the tooltip for All Hands, but Kirac offers Atlas Missions and thus is a Master.

The tooltip for Atlas Missions on the Atlas (the i icon on the top right of the screen, above your available mission counts) reads "Atlas Missions can be attempted from the Map Device or by talking to the corresponding Master in your hideout".

Well then, I hope GGG ends the confusion by adding him to the description of what Masters are on the atlas passive tree. This confusion is what creates these threads.
