Flamewood support should trigger from totem self damage

So, I've been playing with a Chieftain this league using flamewood support as my primary damage source, using the arohongui node to make my totems taunt for 4 seconds and hopefully pepper my enemies with lots of projectiles.

But I've noticed some enemies are just... really bad at attacking consistently lol. My Holy Flame and Searing Bond totems aren't linked in a way that benefit the main totem much, so they heavily rely on the flamewood support for its damage (which when it works, is a LOT).

So I wonder... Why did they specify on enemy hit only? I figure it might be because it is technically a sort of counterattack, meant to hit what hit it. But if they allowed something like the Torchoak Step + Eye of Innocence combo to trigger flamewood, firstly there wouldn't be much of an issue in terms of it being too powerful because flamewood has a 1 second cooldown. But secondly, one of two things can happen if they make it work:
- flamewood triggers from the torchoak combo and aims at the nearest enemy.
- flamewood triggers from the torchoak combo and aims at itself.

Both of these options are really good for how my build intends to function, which is to group enemies together with reverse knockback shockwave totems and force them all so close to the totems that they are more likely to hit them all at once and have the projectiles overlap. But if the combo were to trigger it, I'd be able to justify turning my build from raw hit damage into some sort of hit/ignite hybrid in order to have flamewood trigger more frequently.

Perhaps the gem is coded in a way that would make this change difficult to patch in, but it is a change I would very much appreciate.

-A Coping Chieftain
