Concentrated ground + shield charge, build breaking bug

Concentrated ground while being stationary instantly dissapears after using shield charge. Is this a new feature or a bug?

" I'm not sure I understand you... when you shield charge you are not stationary. Are you saying it is disappearing after you finish a shield charge and go back to stationary? |

The moment you shield charge, whole concentrated ground loses effect. It seems like it momentaly dissapears as you make the slightest move, disabling all extra regen unless you just stand in place.

You don't yet have the Pious Path ascendancy node; you only have Sanctuary. Sanctuary gives you consecrated ground while stationary. You lose it once you move, until you get Pious Path, which grants you "Effects of Consecrated ground you create linger for 4 seconds".
